We may be seeing the first signs of a Saab resurgence. The Swedish brand had largely been ignored under GM control, and now that the reigns of the company will soon pass to exclusive sports car manufacturer Koenigsegg, the brand may get the attention it deserves.

In an effort to make concessions that will reassure those on Capitol Hill and boost support for the bailout, GM has announced that it has placed Saab in “strategic review,” which loosely translated means it’s up for sale.
