Jaguar is reminding everyone of it 75th birthday with a special edition XKR coupe. The new model, appropriately named XKR 75, manages to produce an extra 20 horsepower compared to the standard XKR, bringing total power to 530 horsepower and 483 pound-feet of torque. The tweaked supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine helps to launch the XKR 75 from 0-60 mph in a mere 4.4 seconds and provides a governed top seed of 174 horsepower.
Other than a boost in power, this special edition model receives a new Stratus Grey finish, red brake calipers, 20-inch gloss Vortex wheels, and optional graphics. Inside, the XKR 75 receives charcoal leather accented by ivory stitching. Jaguar plans to sell only 75 of these models with a base price of £85,500.
