For 2010, the top of the line Volvo S80 sedan receives a fresh new exterior, upgraded interior, and a more refined chassis. With intense competition in the full size luxury sedan segment, Volvo needed the 2010 S80 to have the styling, refinement, and power to help keep it as a feasible option for luxury car buyers. Powering the S80 will be a choice of three engines, including a 3.2-liter inline 6, a turbo-charged T6 3.0-liter inline 6, and finally a 4.4-liter 311 horsepower V8 option. Standard with both the T6 and V8 engines will be Volvo’s Instant Traction all-wheel drive system. The new 2010 Volvo S80 can be seen next week at the Geneva Motor Show and will go on sale later this year.
