The first photos without camouflage of the all-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class have hit the Web today, leaked just ahead of its debut at the upcoming Detroit Auto Show.
Between the leaked photos, as well as Mercedes’ Fascination concept which made its debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, it’s safe to say that the latest E-Class has adopted more edgy lines akin to those found on the smaller C-Class.
In addition to the lines of the C-Class, the latest Mercedes E-Class also shares elements of the larger S-Class, especially in the hood and through the front fenders. Under the hood is going to be the new Bluetec diesel engine which promises to have much lower emissions levels compared with other diesels.
More on the all-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class will likely be revealed soon ahead of its official unveiling in Detroit this January. Look for the new E class in showrooms as a 2010 model next fall. Check out additional 2010 E-Class photos below.
